Been going to Wayne Heights Dental for years, never had any major problems. 🐺
RecommendedI highly recommend WHDC! I had a crown that was abcessed and was very anxious about resolving the problem. Dr. Reffner treated me with antibiotics to calm my tooth down before preceding. Today he made sure I was completely numb... and I can happily say that I had a completely pain-free root canal!! Thanks again and to all the wonderful staff too!
I was overcharged for dental work. I was told upfront my costs. I paid every copay. I received 2 different bills since for work I already paid for. Not to mention the insurance company told me wayne heights overcharged what the acceptable and allowable payment was for being in the network. And over inflating my copay. If anything wayne heights owes me money. Wayne heights tried to tell me I had a deductible. My insurance doesn't have a deductible. Nice try! I will look for another dentist. Wonderful staff and very patient. Absolutely love going there. Dr. Refiner and all the ladies are awesome. My mouth is getting better because of this office. Hats off to you all!
Today I finally faced my fears of the dentist and I have to say it is all thanks to the warm caring staff here! They did not judge me they took care of me! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I've finally found a dentist who cares and wants to make me healthy and happy with my smile
This place is awesome....took me on an emergency.....the dentist and assistant were so nice and made me as comfortable as possible I was in so much pain.....I got a tooth pulled and the dentist was so gentle and caring....100% recommend them
They got me in quickly especially considering I had never been a patient there and Dr Reffner was very knowledgable, curtious, layed back, not intimidating like some other dentists. And the assistant who worked on my root canal with him was awesome. Thanks Tiffanie! The front desk ladies were great and checked insurance prices/ coverage for me. Very pleased indeed!
