My last appointment I waited for 1hr 45mins after my scheduled time before a different doctor came in saying he doesn't know what's going on with me at all, but he is taking the appointment. 10 mins later Dr Camron comes in and they do the appointment together (took 20 mins before I could leave). I was referred to Dr. Lin for a TT (total thyroidectomy). He was very knowledgeable of the thyroid, surgery was quick and I had minimal pain after. I have followed up with Dr. Lin twice since surgery. He thoroughly explains everything, asks questions and makes sure all of your questions are answered before leaving the room. He has even hand written little notes/instructions for me to take home. I am very pleased with how well he made the incision and how well it is healing. Discharged from their practice and without explanation. They only thing they told me is go to another ENT because they refuse to help me when I have a large bump on my nose and am struggling to breathe normally.
Dr Raza is a super cool likeable guy and so is Dr Carron but the office its self is ridiculous when it comes to communication. If you have any urgent issue and need to contact the office there simply isnt a way to do so. You have to call a number that is like a hub for the office and then they need to email the office and wait for that office to contact either them or you. It could take all day to let the office know there is an urgent matter and you need to see the doctor. Its just sad because they have a good group of doct... read more
