I called there for a colonoscopy I get a call a week or 2 later to set up an appointment I have not received any of my paperwork from this office I have set up my appointment. I had to give them a call back because I have not received any instructions on what to do and my appointment is less than a week later when I called they finally sent my prescription to the pharmacist but I still have not received any on instructions on what to do how to do it they are sad I called yesterday and still have not received a call back. I got registered in early. I got called back just a few minutes before appointment time. Once called back and put into room someone came in introduce themselves. So sorry I forgot name but, was pleasant. After briefing me I was told Dr. Kaur would be performing my exam. The whole time I'm texting with a family member who also has an appointment with Dr. Kaur so she's been brief as well and waiting to be examined. Horrible place, terrible racist staff, why study and work a job where you barely do anything and you don't wanna barely do the bare minimum? I dont get it, this place is a nightmare avoid at all costs

Very bad experience, I took my mom to an appointment and it was horrible. The attitude of the nurses is terrible, starting with the one who checks me in with a horrible attitude, the way they talk to my mom. I can't imagine how they treat her when she comes alone!! They need to do something about their employees. You can't work with patients and act like you hate people and don't want the job you have! Remember that one day you will receive back what you have given!
