I can't recommend Wayne Group & Services highly enough! My A/C fan went out unexpectedly, and I called Wayne. He responded immediately, was at my house first thing the next morning, and had everything repaired and my air conditioning running perfectly by that afternoon. I have a 2-10 Home Warranty, and after a frustrating experience with another A/C contractor that took days to respond, working with Wayne Group & Services was a breath of fresh air. When the original contractor hadn't even contacted us after more than two days and the weekend was approaching, we reached out to Wayne Group. My Air conditioning stopped running last night. I called my warranty company and they sent the Wayne Group out to my home on Saturday morning. When we discovered the issue was due to lack of maintenance I knew I was on my own with this air-conditioning company. The technician was amazing. Anthony called his office. They quoted a price on the Service needed, which I felt was very reasonable and proceeded to take care of the problem. All Wayne Group & Services personnel, especially Anthony, are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Wayne Group & Services has installed 2 a/c units for our home (approximately 10 years apart!), and more recently, they gave us a very good quote for, and quickly installed, a mini split unit in an addition in our home. Anthony promptly answers calls, and is quick to have our a/c problems resolved. We highly recommend Wayne Group & Services for all cooling and heating needs.
