My Air conditioning stopped running last night. I called my warranty company and they sent the Wayne Group out to my home on Saturday morning. When we discovered the issue was due to lack of maintenance I knew I was on my own with this air-conditioning company. The technician was amazing. Anthony called his office. All Wayne Group & Services personnel, especially Anthony, are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Wayne Group & Services has installed 2 a/c units for our home (approximately 10 years apart!), and more recently, they gave us a very good quote for, and quickly installed, a mini split unit in an addition in our home. Anthony promptly answers calls, and is quick to have our a/c problems resolved. We highly recommend Wayne Group & Services for all cooling and heating needs.

I was referred to Wayne Group by a good friend who has used them for years. I called at 11:41 am, received a call back at 11:46 and they arrived at 12:11! They quickly determined the issue and fixed it. During the whole process, I was informed on what they were doing and why.
