I was referred to Wayne Group by a good friend who has used them for years. I called at 11:41 am, received a call back at 11:46 and they arrived at 12:11! They quickly determined the issue and fixed it. During the whole process, I was informed on what they were doing and why. I have been a customer for 10+ years. The service men are always on time and solve the problem in a reasonable time. Additional accessories such as filters can be purchased. I recommend this company for installations and service

Anthony, went above & beyond my expectations in fixing my AC unit. He came out to my home within 2 hours from when I had contacted him. Anthony was extremely professional, polite, honest & most of all knowledgeable of his trade! I am back to nice cool air at my place! (I will not use anyone else.) Thank you So Much Anthony!!! Your Amazing!!!
