I was referred to Wayne Group by a good friend who has used them for years. I called at 11:41 am, received a call back at 11:46 and they arrived at 12:11! They quickly determined the issue and fixed it. During the whole process, I was informed on what they were doing and why. I will definitely be using g them in the future for annual service and repairs.
I have been a customer for 10+ years. The service men are always on time and solve the problem in a reasonable time. Additional accessories such as filters can be purchased. I recommend this company for installations and service
Anthony, went above & beyond my expectations in fixing my AC unit. He came out to my home within 2 hours from when I had contacted him. Anthony was extremely professional, polite, honest & most of all knowledgeable of his trade! I am back to nice cool air at my place! (I will not use anyone else.) Thank you So Much Anthony!!! My Mom had an issue with her unit Mr. Isiah came promptly to said appointment and he was very informative. He took his time to advise us of the situation and what’s needed to be done. He did a GREAT job and we were very pleased with his services and patience I truly recommend them for you AC needs from our experience they get 5 stars
