Will not obey contract, will make excuses and go back and fourth with the manufacturer for months and months until the contract is over with, when they do come out to fix anything it's half ass. And won't fix all the things that you put on the list and put them blame on you for not adding it on which we did. And also told us we were able to move in while inspection wasn't completed
Just wanna say from my begging to the end I was amazed from Casey the Salesman to Jared helping with finance and getting me the house I wanted it was an amazing experience, Casey stayed in contact with every step, my trim guys were amazing as well as AC guy and Lile the trim guy was great he went out of his way to help and make me happy with our home, I cant thank everyone enough at making us get into our home in 5 weeks that was amazing.
Do not shop here. You will agree on one price then when the paperwork and credit are run its a jacked up price. No communication or heads up. Go somewhere else.
Terrible company, they have taken forever to get every single little thing done. They have no showed for weeks, they would come 1 or 2 days then disappear with no answer while those tasks still weren’t completed . They would go to fix something and mess or tear something else up . There workers completely littered the yard with their trash. I would Not recommend to anyone trying to get a home in a timely manner nor someone who wants a nice house!
