I've been with State farm and Wayne Fehr for about 10 years now. Over those 10 years I never had a claim until now. Just in the past 3 months I've had two claims for two different vehicles. Both claims were handled expediently and professionally. I've been insured with Wayne since I got my drivers permit, and for as long as I can remember both him and Nikolai have been nothing but great to me. I tried looking for cheaper rates at one point and found one off beat company that came close and that was it. Definitely not work the switch considering I'd lose out on their great customer service. Wayne Fehr insurance has handled both my business and car insurance for the last 5+ years. From their great staff to their hard work, they have always been available to me whenever I had a question, no matter how simple or complex. Their rates are great and their customer service is exceptional. I definitely recommend broad spectrum for any insurance needs! I couldn't be happier!
