After going here to try to solve an issue with my friend, I left pissed!! Steve was by far the worse customer service rep ever!! He was so rude, condescending and got loud with me while I was there. He needs to be let go!!!
Besides the fact that my policy cost was cut in half switching to Progressive, I was happy to walk away from 2 years of condescending talk from Steve. I explained to Steve that I understood that he has a personality disorder and an anxiety disorder but that doesn't give him the right to speak down to people. I spoke to Steve with love and care and tried to help him through instances where I had questions that gave him anxiety. If you lack patience, this isn't the company to be dealing with.
I have been looking forward to writing this review for YEARS. I have been a customer of Wayne Emmons State Farm in Norwich NY since 2009, my most recent policy being established in 2013. 15 years as a loyal customer of my local agent.
