We ended up working with Wayne by lucky accident and could not have been happier! He was the realtor who came to show us the first house we were touring (and the one my son ended up purchasing). In May of 2021 I was on vacation when Wayne contacted me and said he found me the “ perfect” home. It had everything that I had requested and checked all of my boxes. We arranged a virtual tour of the home and the purchase was completed that night. I would not have ever bought a home without seeing it for myself unless I trusted my Realtor 100%. I love my home and would highly recommend Wayne to all my family & friends!
