I had two garage door companies out before I called Wayne Dalton, the installer of my existing door at my DR Horton built home. Upon calling their phone number I was greeted with kindness by a lady who listened carefully to the reason for my call. She carefully went over the prices that would likely be charged to come out and examine the work to be done. She scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 8-12pm. Darrell came to my home today (8/31/22) to repair my garage door opener. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and the approach he was going to take to repair it. He gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing, while at the same time being kind enough to answer all my questions.
