My client, who purchased a full house storm shutter system from Wayne Dalton, needed simple replacement parts (threaded deck inserts) after we replaced their deck. The person who answered the phone was unprofessional, had me on speakerphone in a loud room, and was incredibly condescending. They are very proud of their sales record. It’s all over their advertising. Too bad they don’t care more about service. I stood at the counter ten minutes without a greeting. There were seven people behind the counter. I literally did t know how to move forward buying a garage door. The experience was dismissive and rude at best.
Terrible products, terrible service, terrible warranty. both garage doors broke within 1st year (brand new home) built/installed 2025. One jammed and connector rod ripped door down the center, other stopped mid way opening. Nothing covered, no help. Trash
Purchased few of their garage doors. All noxes Missing parts. Can never reach customer service nor support. Returning them and buying another brand
