My experience with service provider Kevin Peacock was great. He explained in detail the difference in the two type of replacement springs for my garage door. I purchased the big boy torsion springs which cost more but last longer with a better warranty. I also installed a Genie model 7035 garage door opener myself but, I was uncomfortable with the Round Angle Iron that came with the door opening so Kevin changed it for me and adjusted the door arm so the door could close properly. I had to have emergency service yesterday or my garrage door would still be Open. Kevin Peacock is probably one of the best technicians my family has ever experienced. He was fast and efficient and I trust his knowledge. He did not try to push the work off to another day, but also explained the difference in the cost of after hours service. His work is not only fast, but it is SPOT ON! Wayne Dalton is lucky to have him.
