This is the worst garage door company. They will never help a home owner buy parts. They tell you to go to the dealers. But their dealers do not want to replace parts only. They want to replace the whole door. They want to make a big sale. Never buy Wayne Dalton garage doors. I gave one star because this review would not allow me to post if I do not give a star otherwise I will give zero star.
In 6 months of calling, how do they not have anyone to deliver the door or anyone from the warehouse “doesn’t pick up”. Worst purchase ever. I would give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Waiting for over a month of when they gave me a date that my door would be delivered. Still not here. For a month the sales people call the warehouse, and every single time the warehouse doesn’t pick up. I ordered my door over 4 months ago.
