I will never buy Wayne Dalton ever again..purchased an 8300 model custom door due to a mishap the lower portion was damaged and glass busted. I have called and emailed and cannot get help from dealers to get replaced Wayne Dalton is the absolute worst at customer service.
I'm a truck driver that has delivered overhead doors on two different occasions here. These are some of the most polite people I've had to deal with delivering doors!
Terrible customer service over the phone….called for info, Sales tech rude!
