Worst service ever They were super nice before we paid the outrageous “emergency” fee — after that, their attitude completely changed. Every time we called, they were rude and gave us the runaround. The tech did nothing but say we needed a new panel, and then the office never followed up. Three days later they suddenly said we had to replace the entire door. They got our money for doing absolutely nothing. Stay far away from this company.
This company keeps getting worse each time ,,, worst customer service,, lazy guys in the warehouse don’t help the customers,,, they just give you the parts the wrong way,,, I will not be buying from them at the Irving location on gateway,,,, it was so so much better when Keith was running that place
