Waynes cycle shop did not fix the problem with my 4 wheeler. We told them the issue an it was not fixed $800 an some dollars later the problem is still there. They had my bike for a month . It wasnt leaking gas when i picked it up. Then they wanted to charge me more money an keep it longer . They said they tested it out but its no way because they would have definitely seen it wasnt fixed so basically it cost me over $800 for a oil change an brakes . Please read service reviews for this business! Would not recommend. We attempted to resolve issue with owner 3 different occasions and contacted and reported to BBB! No resolution reached and owner was rude and of course no good customer service. Took in my 2007 vstar 650 for a tune up. Absolutely nothing was wrong with my bike! After 2 days they called said its ready ($460 later). Husband rides it on our trailer and it is pouring out white smoke. He was told the wrong oil was put in. They take the bike to rechange oil and s... read more

Wayne Cycle Shop supports long distance riders! On my recent road trip from Oklahoma to Maine by way of TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, TN, NC, VA they came through when dozens of other shop across 5 states over week time span couldn't. They had my odd size tires in stock. I called at 3:00pm and they had me back on the road in less than 2 hours! Thank you Rob for getting me in and back on the road! Thank you Jacob for deglazing my brake pads! I noticed! Wayne Cycle Shop Rocks!
Went to Wayne Cycles Waynesboro Virginia Saturday the 21st with a flat tire customer service parts the whole nine yards everyone was excellent they did their best and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road again so for that and they're kind and courteous service they get a Five Star Plus from me
