What a nightmare & chaotic situation, flights are cancelled, overbooked, hotels overbooked! People trying to find connections...to get home and waited overnight on airport! All because an official forgot to order chemical to deice, is there suppose to be a back-up plan??
New terminals are superior.. Looking forward to more trips out of there.
Your airport police division/Wayne County Sheriffs could use some customer service training. Always yelling and screaming at people loading and unloading bags into and out of cars. I appreciated that kind welcome to Detroit as I loaded bags into my moms car. Tampa airport police and many other airport police divisions are much nicer, they actually use words and talk. Is that the first impression you want to give to guests of the Motor City, a city that has had an image problem for so long?
