If there were a spot for zero stars I would have checked that. I called here 3 times and left messages to inform them that my sister was now in an inpatient treatment center and did not even get the courtesy of a call back. Today my sister calls to set up counseling and they say she is "in non compliance" and they hang up the phone on her?! and tell her it will be 3 weeks before she could even begin again! I called this office to attempt to make an appointment for counseling (I am a new patient). The receptionist asked if I currently am on medication for depression. I take an antidepressant. She informed me that they do not accept patients who are on medications. It is hard enough to be seeking mental health help when you are in crisis without having a MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING OFFICE tell you they won't take you because YOU ARE ON MEDICATIONS FOR MENTAL HEALTH.
