I’ve tried to get muscle and shoulder tightness resolved with Dr Coats for 7 months. I asked for tests and scans such as MRI’s, X-Rays, etc. and he refused to order tests and scans. I went to a chiropractor (not at Adena) and I had scans done there and there was so many problems detected with my back, shoulders and neck. He told me to just take more gabapentin and nothing was still resolved. My physical therapist messaged Coats for better treatment and medication, he never replied. If you’re looking for a doctor, do not go to Dr. Coats whatsoever. Highly malpracticed and can’t get anything resolved when it comes to pain and tightness.
