Unfortunately, I come with some bad news about Wayne's Auto Repair Shop, located at 1000 S. 21st. B., Harrisburg, PA 17104. Now make no mistake, Wayne is a beautiful person. We have attended mass together, shared peals of laughter, etc..so I don't enjoy commenting about a shop that I have been going to over the past 10-15 years. However, since the shop has been sold to Chris Jackson, it hasn't been a pleasant place. Chris appears to be someone who is lacking in customer service skills.
