Karen deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. She was always quick to respond, easy to talk to, and her personality is what got me through the door. Jeff helped me with the purchase of my new car. Like any deal, there were a few bumps during the negotiations, but we worked through them and got it done. The service was awesome. I came in for recalls and I left happy. Unlike the other Hyundai service location, I had a good experience this time. The service member was straightforward and polite. I wish I can experience this level of hospitality from all places but it never works out that way. Anyway Wayne Hyundai will be a my preferred location for service going forward. Thank you again for everything.
Had a great experience with Jeff, especially on a holiday weekend! He was patient with showing us the different trim packages and approaches to financing. Walked off with the car we were looking for all by lunch time! Would definitely return to Jeff for future car needs.
