Had the pleasure of working with Joe Kim. Initial deal fell through due to some unforeseen recall issues, but Wayne Hyundai and Joe were able to work with me to get me into a new car honoring very closely to the previous deal. Definitely was an experience at times but Joe helped out every step of the way.
