Dr Stetler is the best vet we have ever seen. When my St Bernard was very ill and had to be put to sleep, Dr Stetler came in on his day off to do this. I cannot tell you what it meant to me and my family. We have since adopted a rescue dog and continue to receive A+ service. Everyone from the techs, doctors and office staff are wonderful!! Thank you!
I've been coming here almost 20 years with two generations of dogs. It doesn't look awe inspiring from the outside, there are other places that have more exterior glitz factor, but once inside the care your pets will get is of top design. Just to have a vet like Dr. Stetler, who's seen everything, is a comfort. Also seeing the familiar faces, of the staff, year after year, shows it's a place they like to work at.
My Becca had an appointment with Dr. Shay today. Dr. Shay was very patience with me as I asked her alot of questions since Becca is my first kitty. Thank you Dr. Shay!
One thing that stands out for me about the people at Wayne Animal Hospital, they follow up after every visit with a phone call, to find out how my pets are doing. That personal touch.
