Wayne was very fast at contacting me and showing me the property and being accommodating, but as soon as my girlfriend got denied there was no contact at all even though I asked him if it was possible for her to be an occupant and I be the sole leaseholder. He said he would call me back the next day and never did. I called multiple times and left messages, and texted him and he never responded. Wayne helped us buy our first house, and the perfect one for us. Then when we got an open door to move out of state, Wayne and Amanda took over all the details on site we couldn't to get our house sold. They know the area, they know real estate, and they have connections throughout the area to make buying or selling as easy as possible. Wayne and Amanda are the best in the business. I live 300 miles away and needed to sell my home in Hereford. I knew Wayne's reputation for being professional and knowledgeable so I asked him to list my home. He sold it quickly and took care of every detail.
