Staff was very nice, professional and caring! Having a colonoscopy is not the easiest, nor most comfortable procedure to have done, but Dr. Lattimore and his staff were able to put my mind at ease. I will not be nearly as nervous for my next one in ten years.
Staff friendly a professional
Dr. Lattimore most likely saved me from dealing with a serious if not terminal esophageal cancer. During a routine Upper G.I. endoscopy he noticed a small nodule that was biopsied and tested positive for cancer. If he had not noticed it, I would have been disharged and the cancer would have grown and spread ,possibly becoming inoperable or at the least a major surgery to save my life. Professional, kind and patient, especially with my many questions. I've met and seen many medical professionals, doctors & P/A's, all of which are exceptional, and Dr. Lattimore is exceptional. He and the Endoscopy Center made my colonoscopy as pleasant and respectful as possible.
Everything about my visit to RMG was painless. Everyone, from receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologists to Dr. Lattimore, was friendly, informative, and made sure that I was comfortable.
The facility is top notch. Everyone was very professional and kept me informed constantly. Made sure my questions were answered and that I was totally comfortable. Great experience.
From my nurse to Sam the anesthesiologist to Dr. Lattimore- it was a GREAT experience. Hey- if they can make you laugh to an Elton John song before you go under, you know you are in good hands.
My visit to the endoscopy center was good. The wait time was short and all the medical staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Lattimore was very professional and through my procedure he found out what the problem is. The next day someone from the endoscopy center called to see how I was doing which was much appreciated. No complaints from me.
