We bought our house from Ron with Waymark homes on a land contract from the beginning Ron was a snake. We had to put thousands of dollars just to get occupancy from the city because the house was condemned after doing that we paid all the house payments. After owning our house for three years, we found out that Ron had a second mortgage out on our house that he was not paying on. This company is shady, did not write a review 4 years ago due to the situation I was in at the time. 4 years ago I was told by the people buying a home from me under Land Contract that 'Waymark Homes was buying my house from me and I had to talk with them.' As the situation unfolded I found that Waymark had presented the buyers, who were still under LC to me, with a purchase agreement for a home they did not even own 3 months prior to being notified that this was happening by either the buyers or Waymark. Spamming people's phones with text offers on properties, good to see you can utilize public information in a creepy sales pitch you weirdo. Atleast the smarter realtors just send letters
STAY AWAY! I have worked as a realtor and investor in Grand Rapids. You DO NOT want to work with Waymark Homes. Ron Walraven offered a “cash offer” for a property of mine which I would have accepted. With less than 24 hours of his scheduled showing, he dropped his offer price 65k. Waymark Homes will waste your time and low ball you. Their service clearly lacks due diligence and competence.
