I had high hopes when I moved in because of the perfect location of Wayland Manor and its attractive lobby and helpful receptionist. The apartment was nice too, in an old-fashioned way. But as soon as I moved in, the noise began. Every morning garbage trucks brought their fracas, very loud because my windows opened onto the rear of the building.
