This experience has been frustrating!
In my opinion, I would give them 1 star, but on their review system it will only let you go as low as 2 stars to keep the rating high. If you post a negative view, you may no longer post reviews on the Wayfair site since negative reviews violate their community standards.Only purchase items with no parts, since if they leave out parts there is a time limit for requesting the missing parts, so don't order unless you're going to assemble immediately. The delivery team was great! Got here in the scheduled time window and got the item put together quickly.
This has been the worst experience ever, I will NEVER order from this company again. However cheaper they might be, it’s not worth the horrible customer service.
Plentybof space great workers and reasonable unload speed.
