The last thing you need is to have your AC go out the end of July.... At my house and AC fixed within 25 minutes of my phone call. Love them!!!
I couldn't ask for quicker service than what was provided by Mr. Jeff Wade and his respectable staff.
Do not use this company for any of your heating and cooling needs. Jeff will sell you something that your unit doesn't need and when they finally figure out what the real problem is they won't make it right. They put a new blower motor on my Mom's unit and it did the exact same thing twice within 5 days and they tried to say that it was freezing up and cleaned it out ( bunch of bull ). The owner Jeff comes out and says there is a short and straight wires it and leaves it all weekend fan running continously. Sends someone out... read more
Hats off to Waycross Heating and Cooling. They installed a new unit yesterday after our old one no longer functioned. Not only did they begin work a day sooner than we had anticipated, the installers worked diligently, without stopping, cleaned up after themselves and were polite and professional.
