I never do this, but I am so disappointed. (and hot) My a/c stopped cooling Sun. Aug. 6th so I online scheduled their "24 hour services" and received a text message that they would be out Mon. between 8-12:00! Great? no. Monday, I received a text that they would be out Wed. between 12-4:00. The tech. arrived and said there were no damages to my equipment, therefore no new parts would be needed. Great? no. Last Friday our AC, a Bryant unit bought from Waychoff with 5 years left off of the warranty. First they said someone would be out that afternoon to look at it. I got a call back about an hour later that said they would be out Saturday afternoon. The tech comes out, for a quoted 89.95 and then charge 139.95 (two phone calls got me the difference refunded) and after looking at it for less than 5 minutes says the fan motor is out and will need to be replace. NOW OWNED BY A HOLDING COMPANY. A TOTAL RIP OFF. Waychoff merged with McCall AC, which is where I bought a new, highly recommended Carrier AC 3 years ago. Since then, the fan capacitor has failed, and more recently the compressor failed. That means the whole outside unit died in just a few years, and I had to pay dearly (again) to get it working. Fixing the compressor, which was supposedly under warranty, cost us more than $2,400 to repair. It took two different service calls to Waychoff’s. The first call, a tech came ou... read more

Austin and Rashad spent several hours repairing a thermostat problem and were very efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend Waychoff. We have been a customer for over ten years and have never had a negative experience.

Be wary of Waychoff's ever since they were acquired in December 2021 by Strikepoint Group Holdings. They are not the same customer-focused company they once were. Technicians are still good but the back office operation, sales, dispatch, etc. is a mess. I called today to find out why an appointment was missed and was left on hold for over 10 minutes three separate times. I kept calling back in and being put on hold to transfer to Dispatch and that was a black hole. No one ever came back on the line. Waychoff's used to ... read more

Be careful when considering Waychoff's air conditioning for service. They sent me marketing mail that looked like a check from the government in the envelope window. It coincided with the time we get tax refund checks. This seems deceptive to me and makes me wonder about their ethics.

Like others had an A/C problem on my 15 year old unit. Got three estimates to replace. Eric from Waychoffs gave me a great price on a new Bryant system. Omar and Wes did an excellent job installing. Happy Camper!
