Staff was very helpful, the Dr was easy to talk to and did a great job with a very painful ingrown toenail.
Dr Hebert is a very good doctor. I saw him for an infection and he explained everything to me so I understood. He did surgery on my foot and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend him.
I can't say much about the doctor because we couldn't get pass the waiting room. The nurse or office attendant or office manager (whoever she was) was awefully rude. We get in there and I handed her my mother's photo ID and insurance card. She then gives me paper work to fill out. It asked for my mom's SSN and I politely asked her why she needed it. She told me it was to track it back to the insurance. I said alright and wrote it down. The paper work also asked for my dad's (policy holder) SSN.
Awful! Rude! And disrespectful! The doctor should know better than picking a staff like that. JODY the manager is so rude. She didn't even let me see the doctor because I didn't have my dad's social. Since he was the main primarily in the insurance. I offered to pay in cash and she yelled at us in front of a lobby full of people.
Poor follow up with patients by staff, poor follow up on appointment scheduling, no call backs I'm still waiting for MRI scheduling for diagnosis of problem after several visits, its been 6 days after being told to wait 10 minutes for a callback. Staff submitted incorrect insurance information, sent me a bill and said I was not covered.
Upon initial scheduling of the appt. the scheduler asked if I needed a referral for insurance purposes, I told her no, I'm certain I don't. Today a message was left on my voicemail stating that a fax had not been received from my pcp for a referral. I called to follow up and once again allowed the office to know that my insurance required no referral for any physician. The person that answered the phone told me to cut the attitude and then began to start her own speach, I told her to cancel.
