I recently closed on a house in Pine Ridge that Stephanie Price represented. We looked at a couple homes. I found the one that I liked built by Mark Powers. Stephanie, was a joy to work with, very professional, and was able to answer all my questions. Stephanie, treated me like family. I would highly Recommend working with her.
