Worst service experience ever. I made a review when they first opened about the bad service, the owner responded that they would make changes. Guess not since they've only gotten worse the last 2 visits and I'll never go back. 2 friends and a family member said the same.
Food: A+ Shakes : A+++ Love going here with the family.

Waited for 25 minutes to get served. Never got served. 3 other people walked out when I did. Can't rate the food; never got served. Poor management structure. You lost about $70 in business when 4 customer's walk out.
These are good burgers! The employees are respectful. I have not had any issues with my orders.
