Was not happy. The guy was very bad at service. He straight up lied to me to my face after getting my order wrong and then explain it to me that they did not have the ability to do fried chicken as they literally were serving people fried chicken and I could see in the back that they literally had plenty of chicken that they were currently making With plenty extra. You should’ve seen food was cold and undercooked.

The service was very good, I had the vegetarian black bean burger it was better than it sounds, the french fries are thin and were very crispy. The onion rings were very good, my wife had a double smashburger said it was delicious. We would definitely go back.

First, they claimed they never received my online order. After showing them my receipt from my email, their website, and my bank, they spent 5 minutes debating whether or not to make my order. I told them I'd be fine with a refund and no food, and suddenly they were willing to make it. After 25 minutes and still no food, i went back to see what the problem was. Had lunch at Wayback and the service was top notch. For a dine in fast food spot they are very attentive even though they don’t have to be. The food was great and yes the milkshakes were on point! 10/10 will dine again.
