This place was good when it first launched but is now awful. The past three times my burger is never correct and the fries are always under cooked. It’s really a shame. We won’t be back.
Edit* It took contacting corporate through the website and email, but they refunded my money. Never heard from the store owner. First, they claimed they never received my online order. After showing them my receipt from my email, their website, and my bank, they spent 5 minutes debating whether or not to make my order. I told them I'd be fine with a refund and no food, and suddenly they were willing to make it. After 25 minutes and still no food, i went back to see what the problem was. Great food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. Everything was fresh and tasty, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Had a great time on a date with my husband here. The burgers were great, they were very accommodating of my restricted diet and I can't wait to come again!
