Was the sloppiest Hamburger I ever had!! Way overloaded with Mustard and Ketchup!! Didn't really get to taste the meat!!

Why order on-line ahead of time and allot for drive time? You still have to wait 20 minutes for your order to be ready when you get there.

We were looking forward to going but were very disappointed. Atmosphere-very very loud and you add the high volume of the television and you can't carry on a conversation. Price-way over priced for what you get. Food-all the burgers we had tasted like onion although we did not order onions. The patties are thin and ours were undercooked. Additional $4 makes it a meal but the sides of onion rings and fries were skimpy. Once your food is ready they yell out your name but its so loud you can't hear them. Thank you for your feedback. Today was our grand opening which may have accounted for some of the extra noise. We were hosting a fundraiser that had a strong turnout. It was also kids night tonight which is why the tv was on, we had it in our grand opening agenda, usually we play fun Wayback music that our customers enjoy. BEST burger place in Savannah!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to EVERYONE! The food is AWESOME & FRESHLY prepared & the Staff are friendly! The place is also VERY CLEAN! You will enjoy your visit everytime!!
Our burgers were hot, fresh and very tasty. Loved the onion rings with blue cheese/buffalo sauce. The front counter staff needs to get more in synch with each other, service was a little bit slow and it kind of clogs up with customers near the register, which has to be irritating to the diners sitting at the ill placed tables near the register. Something should be done about that. Other than that, looking forward to our next visit!

I am sitting here waiting on our overpriced food, and am ready to walk out. Had to place our order in 3 stages before she got it right. Pretty sure I over paid
