I visited for the 1st time on my bday Wed & everything was excellent! Outstanding customer service!
We went here for the first time today and it was great! Food was delicious, service was fast and the workers were super friendly! Definitely going to go back!

First off I would like to say thank you to Larry for making our first experience here the best. Your burgers were to die for and I haven't had a milkshake that good in forever. I definitely will be recommending this Wayback Burgers to anyone looking for a juicy hot off the grill mouth watering burger. Can't wait to come back to try more of the menu.

I love the cheesey burger and chili cheese fries. Yummmmmmmmm
me and fiance went there tonight and the experience was HORRIBLE!!! My fiance three up for 10 minutes outside because of HAIR in her food. I feel we should have gotten a FULL refund but the manager only refunded a portion of this terrreible meal...never again!!!
As I was eating my burger there was something stringy on my lips what I thought was cheese turn out to be hair that was cooked n my burger. When working round food your employees should have hair nets and gloves on. I would never eat there ever again my first and last time eating there. I just got up left the restaurant went to my car where I began to vomit. Not only was there hair n my food the employees was loud I could hear their conversation singing loud I hated it. WOULD NEVER EAT THERE N LIFE AGAIN
