Absolutely outstanding. Wayan brings a taste of Bali to Aspen with creative, beautifully presented dishes and exceptional service. Every plate was packed with flavor, from the fresh seafood to the perfectly balanced spices. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it a great spot for a special dinner or a memorable night out. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Aspen has many great restaurants, but Wayan stands out for its unique cuisine, attention to detail, and overall dining experience.
Second time coming to this restaurant. First time was on new years and it was an amazing experience. Our follow up visit was equally enjoyable. Creative menu of food and cocktails. Our server, Niko, was absolutely fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable, and charismatic. Put it on your go to list!
