I recently had my phone screen replaced at this shop, but unfortunately the screen came loose and separated from the phone within three days of the repair. When I returned to ask about the issue, I was told there would be no refund and the only option offered was to purchase another replacement screen. I was disappointed that there was no effort made to stand behind the repair or offer a replacement for the defective screen. Based on this experience, I’m not sure I will return in the future.
I’ve had my phones repaired here for about 2 years and I’m always in and out and my phones always work perfect when he finishes! Won’t go anywhere else I’m actually going to him tomorrow! My promax needs fixing and I know he can fix it! Thanks man
AMAZING service , I came in just before he was about to leave , he was willing to take me. I sat in traffic just to get there so I appreciate him not turning me down ! I was in and out ! Prices was on point , took only 5 min ! And I do respect that he ask for ID and with card , it shows the security of the business 🙏🏾 amazing , amazing grace
