Very reliable and always on time. Makes time to clean even if she has a busy schedule.
The first time Andrea cancelled half an hour before arriving. I then rescheduled for today Nov. 24th, the day before Thanksgiving at 11am. I got a text this morning could she arrive at 10 instead. I said sure. At 10:30 I checked my phone. She sent me a text that she couldn’t find my house. She said she called and because I didn’t answer she was leaving. She did not even leave a voicemail. Rehired her after she didn’t show up last year. She cleaned 3 time for me over the past 3 months. Now, no show, doesn’t answer the phone or Text! Stay away! So so disappointed!
