I have tried this coffee shop 3 times now. I got a white mocha each time. The first 2 were good but the 3rd time I went the white mocha didn’t taste good. Turns out they switch from a syrup to a powder on and off. They taste completely different. I asked nicely if I could have it remade and they said the best they could do was 1/2 off if I bought another drink. Its a bummer the customer service I experienced was like this considering they change it up without noting that. Its a $7 drink. Its unacceptable.
