It seems like they never have any one answering the phones. Then when you get someone on the phone it takes ages to get a response back. It feels as though everyone needs to ask someone else about everything and every detail before I can get a somewhat answer. I can’t figure what is going on with my mother’s account. My appointment yesterday with Dr Martinez was a truly wonderful experience. Personally I’ve been dealing with spinal pain from combat injuries most of my life with multiple spine surgeries. With only my 2nd visit with Dr Martinez after getting X-Rays, Cat scans & MRIs he performed a very invasive procedure with steroid injections in my neck. His professionalism & optimistic approach was truly breathtaking. I’m extremely grateful & impressed with the care I received and look forward to my road to recovery with Dr Martinez

My severe back pain began close to seven years ago. I have seen countless doctors, from orthopedic surgeons, general surgeons, gynecologist, even Internalist. I've paid for Chiropractors, Non traditional doctors, and self proclaimed natural healers. I have had countless surgeries that swore to, if not diminish completely, certainly allow me a measurable amount of comfort, just to be able to bathe myself. (That did not happen, just another bill).
