They had the part i needed, which was good, however the communication and info on shipping is horrible. No ship date info. 4 days later and the label is finally created, but not en route. No response from an email. That's a faulty system. Sure hope you get all that corrected for future orders. Not a great experience. Hoping my part comes sometime in the near future.
This the second dealing I've had with this company. I messaged them on their website about an inventory question. I had a very quick response. I ordered the part I needed and received it the next day. It's hard to find a company that personable. I can't say enough good things about them.
Although they don’t include good instructions with there parts, they are reliable and sell good quality parts. I would recommend.
