We built our home through ********** and upgraded the carpet to the second tier. It was initially installed by Way Floor Covering. There are large gaps between the carpet and the baseboard, my family is constantly stepping on tack strip spikes, and the carpet looks like it was cut by a 2nd grader. At the instruction of our builder, Way Floor Covering came back out to try and fix the gaps where the carpet doesn't meet the baseboard.
