He communicated clearly and went above and beyond. He was also extremely kind my husband, who has some cognitive deficits, patiently explaining what he was doing without becoming impatient.
Beau, the agent, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
Scott B was fantastic! He wasn't going to be happy leaving the unit in any sort.of disrepair, even though I explained to him my financial situation. He did what he could for what I could afford and I truly appreciate his effort and honesty. Way Cool is who I'll be sticking with. Scott was great, and I have to add that every tech I've dealt with has been terrific. Kudos on your hiring practices!
Kevin was great! Professional, clearly explained what he found and what needed updating. Easy!
