Booked brow shaping + waxing + tweezing and was just looking to clean up my brows which I told the lady. She completely ruined the shape of one of my brows, over waxed it and plucked too much. If your employees are incapable of cleaning eyebrows and maintaining current shape than maybe they should be mapping and drawing it out as that’s what is in the service title… Unfortunately will not be returning
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I recently moved to Burlington and decided to try Waxon before a trip and was deeply disappointed. I would strongly urge anyone considering Waxon to go elsewhere, as the poor service and results ruined my vacation, leaving me with severe hyperpigmentation that forces me to cover up for the foreseeable future. Great service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
If there was 0 I could put 0 for Charleene. Definitely needs more training on which wax to use for handling sensitive skin and how to complete the job that she is paid for.
