I just got a Brazilian wax for the first time ever. I saw Viviana and she was amazing! I was a little nervous since it was my first time but she walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable! Everyone in there was so friendly and inviting I will definitely be back, I have never felt more confident!
Have been periodically going here for years and started out very happy with the service and thoroughness but over time some of the better waxing specialists left and those who remained got sloppier and less thorough. My most recent (and final) visit today was the icing on the cake—showed up to my appointment 7 minutes early and the door was locked and all the lights were off!!
