I love Beautyways. My orders are always correct. Shipping is fast. Huge selection. I will keep shopping here.
I had a good experience with this brand before, so I placed a direct order for around $1000. Unfortunately, after an issue with DDP/shipping, the company stopped responding for over a week. Very disappointing customer service, especially for such an expensive order.
This is not your fault but the product is horrible. The scent does not last more than 20 minutes and I would not buy any 4711 products again
