This clinic has become incredibly slow, disorganized, and lacking in empathy. Since Dr. Waxman retired, the quality of care has dropped significantly. The staff show little urgency or professionalism, and it often feels like you’re just being ignored. They operate at a 2-star level when they should be much better especially given the patients they serve.

Was a long time patient of Dr. Waxman. Dr Warren Albert bought the practice about 5 years ago. Dr Albert is fine, but the person who is receptionist/office manager is abysmal. I called the office to re up a prescription and the receptionist assured me he would after admonishing me about a fee for 35 bucks. That was Friday now its Monday and as usual ( this has happened many times before) I don't have a prescription tell they me if I don't use this drug regularly I could develop esophageal cancer. At this point cancer seems like less of a hassle.

Dr Waxman was our family doctor for 18+ years. I was in film, etc. most significant was Dr Waxman’s skill as a diagnostician. Amazing! He diagnosed my late husband’s Parkinson’s over the phone after we had moved from the city. He gave simple solutions to various conditions and made superb referrals. He was the best!
