After having a really bad waxing experience somewhere else recently, I decided to try Wax Lab NYC and I’m so glad I did. Rakai did my Brazilian wax and she was amazing. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and she was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She was professional, kind, and clearly knew what she was doing. Rakhi is a true professional. After trying THREE different waxers--all who either double dipped, didn't wear gloves, left a ton of hair behind, left wax on me, or made me break out after--I have finally found someone who doesn't do any of that and takes her time. I'm so glad I found Rakhi and I couldn't recommend her services enough!

I went to Rakhi for my first Brazilian wax and had a great experience! I was nervous, but she was so professional, kind, and efficient. The process was quick and less painful than I expected. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering their first wax!
