Management is absolutely awful at solving problems. My account was charged for someone else’s product purchase and I was told it was reversed, but it was not. It should have never even happened. I got an email about my account being charged and called them. And they only said they’d reverse it after I made a big deal of it even though they acknowledged they knew I wasn’t there and didn’t make any purchase.
