I have been coming here for about a year with no issues until recently. About two months ago my regular aesthetician left. I have made two appointments since then, all in the morning during their regular hours and the place was closed with doors locked and lights off when I get there. Both appointments were confirmed days prior. I’ve waited 10 minutes after to see if someone was running late and I’ve even tried calling. This is not how you treat your customers and not how you do business.
Ashley is always so sweet, gentle and helpful.
DO NOT COME HERE I was coming here to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Ashley which I grew a client stylist relationship with. But here in the past couple of days been noticing some changes in staff. Not polite when I walk in my stylist not talking as much. And not giving ne the service I booked for. I hat about appointment today but my stylist canceled. I was calling to sat I was going to be late about 8 minutes she canceled. Now I just got here 1:06 and you still can't take. DO NOT COME HERE.
