Unfortunately, the poor rating is due to the way they only have one staff member in the building at all times. When you walk in, there is no one greeting customers at all if they are with a client. I had a several spots of missed hair that was easily visible to the girl doing my wax. I didn't notice until I got back home (45 minutes away) and took a shower. There was a lot of wax left behind as well. She was friendly but didn't do a proper job. This location also seems to have a lot of turnover and doesn't seem to be able to get experienced waxers. I have been coming here for years and it is difficult to get the same person as before that did a good job.
